Service Description
Discover one of Costa Rica's natural mysteries, hidden next to the Tenorio Volcano. We will hike for 4 hours through the beautiful rainforest. On the way, we will visit the lagoon and Los Teñideros, a magical place where two streams with different mineral and chemical compositions meet and change the water to a heavenly turquoise blue color. At the last stop, we will enjoy the magnificent Rio Celeste Waterfall. After the national park, we will make a stop to take a picture with our giant TREE OF PEACE. Once at the exit we will visit a small rural farm, a place on the outskirts of the park where we will have a delicious Costa Rican lunch, walk around the ligar to see and learn about some poultry and domestic animals such as buffaloes, horses and donkeys. Then we will find ourselves enjoying and swimming in a crystal clear pool in the Celeste River, we can also play, walk or just relax in a hammock. After this relaxing time, we are ready to return to La Fortuna. A great hike through the rainforest surrounded by lush wildlife. The waterfall is simply amazing, plus a visit to the don Alexis farm where we can see some local crops, enter the river for a quick swim and a delicious typical lunch.
